2. Disable pop-up blocker

   The Admissions program takes advantage of pop-up windows as a powerful way to deliver content in an organized fashion. You must disable your pop-up blocker in order for the system to function seamlessly.

3. Security settings

   Please set your Security settings on your browser to Medium.

4. What happens if the above requirements are met and I still cannot access the system?

   You are recommended to scan the PC for Spywares and Adwares regularly.

If you are accessing from your corporate network, there may be firewalls and proxies setup that block accesses to the U21Global systems. Please check with your corporate Technical Team. Otherwise, please email our Technical Support team techsupport@helpdesk.u21global.edu.sg
