Master of Management in International Business
The Master of Management in International Business (MMIB) programme is a programme designed to prepare students for management and leadership roles in a global economy. It offers students a focused and relevant curriculum to equip them for the global economy and senior positions in management.

The MMIB programme is for graduates who have little or no prior work experience. If you want to set yourself apart from others, take the challenge and apply for admission to the MMIB.
Overview
The Master of Management in International Business programme is offered throughout the year. Please refer to the class schedule for details.
To attain the Master of Management in International Business degree, you are required to complete 10 core subjects and 2 elective subjects. Each subject requires between 120 and 150 hours of study. This equates to approximately 10 to 12 hours per week - over the 12 weeks of coursework for each subject, plus a final examination in the 13th week.
When you graduate from the Master of Management in International Business programme, you may choose to enrich your management potential by articulating from your MMIB degree to a U21Global MBA.Core

Admission Criteria
All applicants will be considered on their individual merits. Students may be admitted to the MMIB Programme by meeting the following criteria:
- A Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
- Evidence of English proficiency for applicants whose first language is not English and who have not undertaken tertiary education in English. The minimum language requirements are either:
- Academic IELTS (International English Language Testing Service) score of 6.5 with an individual writing score of at least 6.0; or
- TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) score of at least 550 with a Test of Written English (TWE) score of at least 5.0, or TOEFL Internet-based Test with a minimum score of at least 79; or
- BULATS ( Business Language Testing Service ) at Level 4
- A statement of motivation for success through a 500-word essay
- Two references (both could be academic references)
Supporting documents:
- Certified true copy of passport/identification document with photograph shown
- Two passport-size colour photographs with applicant's name on the reverse side
- Certified true copy of degree scroll from each College/University attended. Documents not in English must be accompanied by a certified translation
- Original transcripts/Certified true copies of all post-secondary qualifications. Documents not in English must be accompanied by a certified translation
- Original/Certified true copy of IELTS/TOEFL/BULATS score report, if applicable
- Updated CV, optional
Credit Transfer
- A student who has completed any relevant subjects at U21Global within the last five years may be granted transfer credits for the subjects completed and these grades may be computed in the cumulative GPA of the MMIB.
- At the discretion of the Programme Director: Transfer credits for up to three subjects may be granted for relevant graduate level courses completed with a minimum U21Global grade 'B' equivalent at accredited institutions within the last five years.
- If the equivalent subjects are completed at U21 member institutions, up to six subjects may be granted transfer credits.
Duration
Students are required to complete the degree requirements within four years of being accepted into the programme. On average, students can expect to complete the MMIB programme within two years.
Application Process
Applicants must complete the U21Global application form available.
- A one-time, non-refundable application fee of US$50 applies upon submission of application.
- A one-time, non-refundable registration fee of US$100 applies upon acceptance of an offer from U21Global.
