Dr Alexandra GRAY

Alexandra Gray is based in France and is responsible for teaching courses in Organisational Behaviour across various programmes offered by U21Global. Dr Gray has more than 15 years experience in lecturing at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She has held lecturing positions at both the University of Leeds Business School and later at the School of Textile Industries, University of Leeds, where she taught undergraduate and postgraduate classes in Organisational Behaviour and Human Resource Management.
Dr Gray's research interests focus on the dynamics between industrial relations, competitive performance and the introduction of new technologies into the workplace. Her current work involved the examination of the impact of the National Minimum Wage on a range of industries within the UK for the Low Pay Commission and an investigation of the changing nature of employment patterns and its implications for the economic and social welfare of the Yorkshire Humberside region in the UK. At Leeds, Dr Gray was also actively engaged in the development of case study learning materials for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
